New ‘Friend to Friend’ Video for Children Teaches the Family Is of God

A new “Friend to Friend” video for children from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints titled “The Family Is of God” will be released on Sunday, September 13, 2026.
The video includes messages from Elder Gérald Caussé of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, his wife, Valérie, and the new Primary General Presidency, who were sustained during April general conference and begin serving on August 1: President Rosemary K. Chibota; Sister Nina M. Garfield, First Counselor; and Sister Theresa A. Collins, Second Counselor.
This content for children can be used at home or in Primary to help children better understand the importance of families and how they can strengthen theirs.
As part of their message for children, Elder and Sister Caussé will make crêpes. Those who would like to make their own crêpes as they watch the video can follow the recipe here
