Ward Building Cleaning Assignment

Our assigned period to clean the chapel goes from April through June 2026. Each family or individual has been assigned one weekend during this period for cleaning. Cleaning should be done either Friday evening or Saturday Morning. The first family listed is the lead family and should have a key to access the building – please coordinate with them for building access for your assigned date. There is a full list of tasks posted in the custodial closet. The custodial closet is located in the hall on the west side of the building. Please contact/coordinate with the lead family to get your assignment and time for opening the church for you. The complete list of assignments is posted in the east hall across from the drinking fountain or by clicking HERE. Please make sure the lights are off and building is locked when you’re done. If you cannot make your assigned date please coordinate with someone else in the Ward to trade your assignment.  Please let John Scheid know who you trade with so he can update the list. The full schedule for our cleaning period to assist in finding someone to trade with is posted in the building on the east side hallway across from the drinking fountain. If you cannot access the building, please contact a member of the Bishopric or John Scheid at (321) 368-1072.

THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS

Heber City Utah North Stake

Dear Sisters and Brothers,

The Heber North Stake Conference will be held on Saturday and Sunday, June 13-14, 2026.

There will be four sessions of the conference, as outlined below:

Adult Member Session. This session will be held in person at the Stake Center on Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. All adult members of the Stake (18+), as well as adult friends of the Church, are invited to attend this session.

Leadership Session. This session will be held in person at the Stake Center on Sunday, June 14, 2026 from 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. In this meeting, we will review the upcoming changes to 2nd hour meeting schedules that will begin in September. We will also discuss how to conscientiously minister to and involve all members of the ward and stake in gathering ALL to Christ. Those invited to attend this meeting include: Members of the Stake Council (Stake Presidency [including Executive Secretaries and Clerks], High Council, Stake Organization Presidencies [including secretaries], Stake Temple Family History Coordinators, and Single Adult and YSA Committee co-chairs), and Members of the Ward Council (Bishoprics [including Executive Secretaries and Clerks], Elders Quorum and Ward Organization Presidencies [including secretaries], Ward Mission Leaders, Ward Temple Family History Leaders, and Ward Single Adult Reps and YSA Reps).

Youth Session. This session will be held in person at the Stake Center on Sunday, June 14, 2026 from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. The meeting will be a discussion of prophetic warnings regarding the importance of the Holy Ghost as our constant guide in the latter-days and how we each feel, sense and experience the Holy Ghost in different ways. All Youth (11-18) and their leaders are invited to attend this session.

General Session. This session will be held in person at the Stake Center on
Sunday, June 14, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. All members of the Stake, as well as any friends of the Church, are invited to attend this session, which will also be broadcast to the West Building (next to JR Smith Elementary School).

As we prepare for Stake Conference, we invite you to review in your family the story of Enoch (Moses 6:25-39) and the Lord’s invitation to “walk with me.” How have prophets and apostles recently instructed us to walk with Jesus? How are you currently walking with Jesus? In what ways could you walk more closely by His side?

We encourage you to be deliberate in your efforts to respond to prophetic pleadings, to prayerfully consider what “walking with Jesus” might look like for you and your family, and then record and act on those impressions.

As the stake presidency, we extend our love to you and a personal invitation to attend the conference. Invite a friend to attend with you. We look forward to this opportunity to strengthen our faith in Christ together.

Sincerely,President Paul Ritchie President Dave Johnson President Jasper Fauset
