Heber City Utah North Stake

Dear Members of the Heber Utah North Stake,  As we look across our beautiful state of Utah, we see the challenges posed by the ongoing drought. Our Governor has recently issued a heartfelt call to all people of faith to unite in prayer and fasting, seeking relief from these dry conditions and for the arrival of much-needed rain and snow. This has been a repeated request of our Governor, a few months ago he said “Utah is facing a tough season, and we need both divine help and practical action…I invite every Utahan, whatever your faith and belief system, to join me … in a unified fast and prayer for rain.” The Lord makes a multitude of promises to those who approach Him in a spirit of fasting and prayer. We invite each of us to unite our faith in fasting together to petition the Lord for much-needed moisture. Thank you for your faithfulness and goodness.

Love,  Heber Utah North Stake Presidency Paul W. Ritchie Dave Johnson Jasper Fauset
